Our collaborative team works with schools, mental health organizations, and other businesses across the United States and internationally. Our team values diversity, equity, and inclusion. Together, we have a strong background in psychology, communication, counseling, education, and human relations leadership and management. We are committed to providing quality-based instruction and design through a variety of strategies and techniques. At Pro SEL Consulting, we are devoted to providing a more holistic approach to wellbeing.

Dr. Melissa Sollom enjoys working with kids and adults to help design lesson plans, workshops, and interventions that work. She likes to spend her free time outdoors with her husband, three kids, and a house full of animals (i.e., 3 cats and a dog who likes to run the house).  Learn more...

 

Alison McBride believes that teams are only as strong as their leaders and therefore values trust, opening the lines of communication, and fostering healthy productive relationships within organizations. Alison McBride is a skilled leader and communicator and is devoted to helping transform company culture and creating a more productive and healthy working environment.

Outside of her professional career Alison appreciates the simple things in life; a beautiful family, supportive friends, great food, eclectic music, and soaking in Mother Nature.

Dr. Bridget Reigstad, Ph.D., LP has over a decade of teaching experience at Normandale Community College where she teaches multiple classes in the Psychology Department and chairs the Institutional Review Board. Doctor Reigstad also is a Clinical Psychologist licensed in the state of Minnesota. Prior to becoming tenured faculty and teaching full-time, she worked as a psychotherapist supervising day treatment programs, working with clients diagnosed with serious and persistent mental illness, engaging in outpatient psychotherapy, conducting diagnostic assessments, and performing psychological evaluations. In her consulting role, she especially enjoys integrating psychological and therapeutic principles into curricula for wider audiences in a way that is engaging, applicable, and collaborative.  


With any personal time, she enjoys reading memoirs and non-fiction literature, attending cultural events around the Twin Cities, and exploring new places with her family.   Learn more...
